These Conditions, together with the Proposal issued to You by SS Designings, describe the Services and constitute the entire agreement between You and SS Designings.
2.1. SS Designings will provide digital marketing services during the agreed-upon term.
2.2. To ensure the highest quality of service, SS Designings requires input from You regarding your business, products, and services. You agree to provide this information in a timely manner and designate a representative to facilitate smooth communication.
3.1. Payments for the Services must be made as per the agreed schedule. Invoices will be sent 30 days in advance of each payment date.
4.1. If payments are not made on time, SS Designings reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is received.
5.1. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the term of this agreement.
5.2. Each party retains ownership of their respective Intellectual Property, including brand assets and any content created by them.
6.1. This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the initial payment.
6.2. The agreement will automatically renew every six months unless either party provides notice to terminate.
7.1. If You wish to cancel services, You must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of the term.
7.2. Notice must be sent via email to info@ssdesignings.com.
8.1. SS Designings may suspend or terminate services if You fail to meet your payment obligations.
8.2. Upon termination, You may be required to pay the remaining balance for the service term.
9.1. If You transfer website ownership, You remain liable for all due payments unless SS Designings agrees to transfer the contract to the new owner.
9.2. If You close the business or discontinue services, SS Designings may choose to terminate the agreement immediately.
10.1. SS Designings is not liable for:
